Leaving DeMillo's Marina in Portland, Maine

Motored about 60 miles to Rockford and tied up at the Journey's End Marina in Rockland.

This is very near Samoset Resort where Pierce and Judy are while in Maine but they are away and will return on the 10th. We plan to be by here again after the 10th and will see them then. We walked the town and had a nice dinner at Cafe Miranda on their patio which had a fireplace stove. We needed the heat while dining outside even on September 5th.

Journey's End Marina is next to the Coast Guard Station

The large number of Seagulls on the roof next to our dock in the Journey's End Marina made quite a racket. Sure let us know we were by the seashore.
