Aug 5, Jamestown, RI

We work on the boat all morning. Bethany helps clean the power cord as we use acetone (finger nail polish remover) and then wash it off immediately. Owen cleans the cord and Bethany washes it off. It looks great when we finish. Thanks Bethany.

We motor back down the Narragansett Bay in the afternoon to Jamestown, RI which is right across the water from Newport. We are at the Conanicut Marina on a mooring with launch service. This is a provisioning day. We get a shuttle to the grocery and back and are restocked for the next few weeks or so. Good Italian dinner ashore.

The weather was cooler and the air was completely clear with no haze or clouds. Lots of boats out on Sunday.

We enjoy traveling with you. It looks like great fun. How far North will you go on this leg?
