Planning to go to Fernandina Beach for the Shrimp Festival but the wind is blowing 30 MPH (not a tropical storm they say) so we decide to lay low. Travel 20 miles to Jacksonville Beach and stay at Beach Marine. A marine flea market is being held on sight and so we go to the flea market on a blustery afternoon.
